During the interview, the topic of backstage areas was brought up. Here's what Brian had to say: "We are not including any backstage areas in this initial product. We plan to include them in any future versions, but this time we are really focusing on getting the game play nailed, and that means getting the common case correct before moving on to special cases, like what happens backstage."
